Together with our partners, you will develop a modern, data-driven business development system. You will create structures, processes and decision-making foundations that enable sustainable growth and further strengthen our market position.

• You develop, implement and optimise scalable business development processes for the entire firm.
• You support and advise our partners on pitches, proposals, client acquisition and client development initiatives.
• You establish and further develop reporting and analytics structures to make business development activities transparent and support well-founded decisions.
