To continue the expansion of our Ipsos UU (qualitative) business in Switzerland, we are looking for a Qualitative Client Service Director (based in Geneva), passionate about connecting with consumers and experienced in qualitative research.

Your mission

The Qualitative Client Service Director's mission is to ensure the development of client partnerships with a deep understanding of the clients' business and providing leadership to junior and senior colleagues. The role also involves demonstrating the highest standards of integrity and research excellence while managing and developing key client relationships, delivering profitable work, and influencing the strategic direction of the business.
