Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives for clients in the Romandie region, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines and quality standards. You will play a key part in establishing trust-based client relationships, driving delivery excellence and enabling AI-driven practices across the software development lifecycle. This is an opportunity to influence critical programs across diverse industries and contribute to EPAM's growth in the Swiss market.

Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, budget and timelines
Implement delivery governance, pacing and reporting for transparency and continuous improvement
Apply data-driven management using key performance indicators, dashboards and operational metrics
Lead AI adoption and enablement to enhance productivity in delivery processes
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with client stakeholders as the main point of contact
Manage risks, changes and escalations to ensure predictable delivery
Manage financial aspects of delivery, including forecasting, margin control and cost efficiency
Ensure compliance with Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), maintaining scope control and contractual adherence
