As the Global Pricing Excellence Manager, within the Excellence team, you will shape and continuously improve pricing processes and the respective digital solutions, governance, and technology and reporting requirements.

You will act as the business owner of pricing digital solutions, the main contact for and Business Development organizations on pricing tools and processes, and the single point of contact for digital transformation and IT teams, as well as external vendors on business requirements, for technology design. You will also define the insights, and reporting capabilities needed to strengthen pricing effectiveness and commercial decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Process \& Methodology: Develop and continuously improve global pricing processes and methodologies together with , Commercialization, Business Development, Finance and other relevant stakeholders. Structure approaches to price setting, price changes, approvals, and escalations in line with commercial requirements and market developments, so that global standards remain practical, relevant, and scalable.
