In this role, you will support L'OCCITANE Group and its different Brand's growth by developing the Compensation aspect of our employee value proposition, reflecting Group and Brands core values and providing a competitive advantage in maximizing talent attraction and retention. You will work in close collaboration with Group and Brands global and regional leadership teams in an international and multi-cultural context. The position reports to the Group C\\\&B and HRIS Director and is based at the WHQ in Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva).
