You help convert complex topics into clear insights, translate strategies into actionable workstreams, and provide analytical transparency to accelerate decision-making. Your Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact strategic and transformation projects across AT&S' global business areas (Mobile Devices & Substrates, Automotive & Aerospace, Industrial, Medical, High-Performance Computing for AI)
• Shape the future of the semiconductor ecosystem by working on cutting-edge topics in IC substrates, advanced packaging, and AI-driven electronics
• Act as an internal management consultant: structure complex challenges, design strategies, and lead implementation to deliver measurable business results
• Work on global, cross-functional initiatives spanning innovation, operational excellence, organizational transformation, and technology-driven growth
• Collaborate with senior leaders and international teams across Austria, China, India, Malaysia, and beyond
• Apply advanced analytics and GenAI tools to elevate problem-solving, scenario modeling, and decision support
