M\&A Associate (100%, m/w/d)

For the further expansion of our international M\&A practice in Zurich, we are looking for an exceptionally well-qualified and innovative individual (m/f/d) who enjoys working with us on cross‑border projects and advising our multinational clients with commitment and professional expertise. You will work closely with colleagues from various countries and contribute your ideas in a dynamic, international environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Legal advisory services and support in cross-border M\&A transactions (due diligence, drafting transaction documents, negotiations)
• Drafting and reviewing share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, investment agreements, joint venture agreements and other corporate / commercial documents
• Coordinating with internal specialists and external partners (e.g., tax advisors, auditors) including partners and associates across the firm's global network
• Managing multi-jurisdictional corporate restructurings
