Key responsibilities in your new role

• Technical supplier management, selection, evaluation and benchmarking of SiC suppliers for raw wafer substrates and EPI materials

• Management of single qualification projects and/or a larger project portfolio

• Identification and implementation of conceptual saving opportunities for the SiC reporting line, including the planning and execution of related activities in alignment with Infineon's SiC procurement category strategy
