For its Technical Support Team, in Sierre (VS), Eversys is looking for a Media Operations Coordinator (M/F).

The is a permanent contract reporting to the Technical Support Team Leader. 100% activity rate.

Media Operations Coordinator - Technical Support (M/W)

Key responsibilities:

\> Ticket Triage \& First Response: Support the team by managing the initial triage of incoming tickets, resolving non-technical requests such as part number identification, documentation, and general information.

\> Telemetry \& Asset Administration: Execute the day-to-day management of assets within the telemetry system and handle the creation and distribution of customer logins.

\> Video Production \& Library Management: Shoot, edit, and organize technical "how-to" videos, working under the guidance of experienced technicians for technical accuracy.

\> Knowledge Base Management: Maintain the company knowledge base by writing and updating support articles to ensure information is accessible and current.

\> Operational Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the team of trainers and technicians to ensure smooth department workflows.
