Tesla's EMEA Recruiting team is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to join us in Berlin. In this role, you'll drive hiring for diverse technical teams, across Engineering and Robotics, fuelling our most complex and high-impact Optimus projects, without being confined to a single job family or skillset. We're looking for a proven expert in technical recruiting who can source, engage, and evaluate EMEA's top engineering talent, while building and owning relationships with our senior leadership. Beyond hiring, you'll elevate the team by mentoring junior recruiters, modelling best practices, and leading initiatives to refine our processes and workflows. Ideal candidates are data-driven problem-solvers who thrive in ambiguity, apply strong project management skills, and innovate creative solutions to recruitment challenges. One hire at a time, you'll help assemble the talent revolutionizing energy and transportation, accelerating our path to a sustainable future and shaping the systems and products that power our employees' and customers' daily lives.
