Senior HR Generalist

Introduction

Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.

Your Tasks

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our HR team in Dübendorf on a 10-month fixed-term contract.

Core Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition \& Recruiting - 50-65%

• Managing the full recruitment cycle: job postings, application screening, interviews, coordination with hiring managers, and onboarding.

• Collaborating closely with managers to define role requirements and ensure effective hiring outcomes.

• Maintaining and improving the applicant tracking system .

• HR Administration \& Employee Support

• Acting as the first point of contact for all HR-related administrative questions from employees
