Ref 2583329 \\\| Date: 6 Oct 2026 Senior IT Systems \\\& Infrastructure Engineer Senior IT Systems \\\& Infrastructure Engineer ============================================ Workload: 100% Location: Meyrin Job type: Unlimited ### Your tasks * Manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, VMware, storage and backup systems. * Administer core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, GPO and PKI. * Ensure infrastructure availability, security, performance and disaster recovery readiness. * Automate infrastructure operations using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code. * Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive continuous improvement. * Take a leading technical role in infrastructure migrations and separation activities as part of our IT carve-out project. * Maintain technical documentation and support security and compliance initiatives. ### Your profile * Higher education completed, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 10\\+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure engineering and operations, primarily in on-premises environments. * Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, VMware and enterprise storage and backup solutions. * Strong understanding of networking, Active Directory, DNS, PKI and infrastructure security. * Experience with scripting, automation and Infrastructure as Code. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments. * Proven experience in infrastructure migrations and complex IT transformation projects. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of technical ownership. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and multicultural teams. * English at a professional level is mandatory.
