About the role

The Director Strategy supports Senior Management in shaping Sonova’s global strategic direction and leads the development of the long-term strategy for the group.
Sonova is at a particularly exciting point in its journey. We are currently defining our 5–10-year strategy with the ambition to become a true disruptor in the hearing care industry. To drive this transformation, we are building a strong internal consulting and strategy capability that will play a key role in shaping the Group’s future direction and identifying new growth opportunities.
