Technical Operations Coordinator, Prototype \& Sample Execution

The Technical Operations Coordinator, Prototype \& Sample Execution coordinates engineering and customer sample builds from release through shipment. The role is the operational interface between engineering, production, planning, quality, logistics, procurement and approved external suppliers, ensuring that prerequisites are available, progress is visible and execution risks are escalated promptly.

The primary objective is to reduce preventable delays, improve execution quality through complete and unambiguous build inputs, provide clear status visibility, and offload operational coordination from Project Managers, Technical Project Leaders and Product Line Managers. Product design, process definition, technical release decisions and supplier qualification remain with the responsible technical and functional owners.
