They enable reliable data transmission and precise emissions measurements around the world. When it comes to complex questions about our gas sensing solutions, you are the technical point of contact for our customers and distribution partners. From the initial analysis through to successful resolution, you manage support cases end-to-end and ensure that our customers can rely on us at every stage of their jour-ney.

• Customers and distribution partners worldwide rely on your technical expertise
• You analyse technical issues and develop sustainable solutions for demanding applications
• Together with Sales, Product Management, Quality, Repair and R\&D, you ensure a smooth flow of infor-mation
• You independently perform product testing, data analysis and technical investigations
• You travel globally to support commissioning activities and on-site customer assignments
